Please help i have no idea what to do any more

long story short i had to reinstall windows and i still have a proplem

How are you logged on...administrator or limited user account?

Click start-->run
then in the run box, type or copy and paste the following:
msconfig

When the system configuration utility opens, please note on the General tab, where is the bullet...Normal Startup, Diagnostic Startup, or Selective Startup?

Your log looks clean...I see no malware running. What problems are you having? Aside from the fact that you still need to install the sp2 protection, I see nothing wrong.
