I have been asked to help remove DrSmarload292a.exe from an infected computer at work. I'm sure there are other malware issues on this machine also. Where should I begin. I am new applications developer, but a novice at malware removal. Spybot and Norton has been run on the machine, but they do not seem to help. Prevx is blocking it, but not removing it.
