Your log looks fine except for one stray Registry entry:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDD3B846-8D59-4ffb-8758-209B6AD74ACC} - (no file)

You can run HijackThis again and check the box next to that entry. Close all windows before checking Fix Checked.

Reboot when finished. Post back and let me know when was the last time you performed a disk cleanup and defrag. Thanks!
