Need help with hijackthis log

This is my first post..let me start by saying that I don't know much about computers but have been researching and reading this forum trying to fix my problem. Very good site by the way. I have win32.qhost.df trojan on my computer and can not get rid of it. etrust pestpatrol finds it and deletes it, but when I turn on my computer it's right back on there. I have run spyware doctor, etrust pestpatrol ad-ware se and a few others as suggested in this forum then scanned with highjackthis to get a log and now I'm looking for assistance on what to do next. I really don't want to call geek squad. Anyway here's the log.

Made it home. I am on step 2, download and install JRE 5.0 Update 7. I went to the link but there is no JRE 5.0 Update 7, there is JDK 5.0 Update 7 is this what you were talking about?

Can't seem to get TrendMicro to download. It starts and the status bar gets about half way and that's it. I stopped the process and started the download again and it did the same thing. It has been over 30 minutes and the status bar has not moved. The task manager has the status as running. I'll wait and see if it keeps going.
