Thank you for your assistance! I've attempted all I know to do, and research through PCPitstop led me to your forum. Thanks for being here. Here is a brief description of the issue: On this desktop computer I have installed Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Avast Free Antivirus, CCleaner, and Microsoft Security Defender. We keep up with the updates and run the utilities on a regular basis in an attempt to keep the unit clean. Also on this machine there are Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome browsers. Primary use is through the Chrome browser. The Chrome browser has an Java for WebPages, Ebates, Avast and Ghostery add-in installed. This machine is on a home network with another desktop computer, and shares WiFi with cell phones, iPad and a laptop. None of the other machines are exhibiting this symptom.
