Some Google redirects, computer runs slow...

Hello, and thanks for your time and any help! I am running Windows XP (service pack 2). Below are my HijackThis and Uninstall List. Unfortunately, my computer (browser, programs, etc.) start to run really slow the longer my computer stays on (starts slowing after 5-10 min.). I have run Spyware Doctor and MalwareBytes and have deleted a few spyware and trojans, but there is still something going on. I also get redirects that open in a new browser window, such as Google and other advertising sites. Sometimes, computer won't restart properly and shows nothing on my desktop.
