My Security Shield

My computer picked up My Security Shield and I need to get rid of it but I can't. It has slowed the computer down. This program keeps running, and cannot be deleted. It is also preventing me from downloading anything to try and get rid of it as well as run any virus program to kill it. Help. Can't uninstall Combofix.....I had to rename it Cyper according to your instructions....how do I remove?

No problem delete Combofix manually....
Delete Combofix Qoobox folders and Combofix.txt file from C:
Delete Combofix from your desktop.

Got combofix deleted.

Downloaded Spyware blaster, Siteadvisor and Win Patrol

Downloaded MVPS Hosts

Downloaded Secunia Software INspector

will change passwords
