Most are tracking cookies that spybot will deal with, use the tools on a regular basis as part of your maintenance routine.
I believe you can set internet explorer to block spyware cookies you will need to look within your settings
I use firefox myself, where you can use an add on, addblocker.

As this issue is resolved,
