Multiple problems with virus & BHO help please...thankyo

Hello, first of all let me apologise for not returning to complete my previous Hijackthis log cure. Unfortunatly I was away from my computer for sometime . Now my kids have managed to infect my pc again, and I am desperate for help. My brother has stressed to me that I must follow this thread through to its conclusion. here is the information my brother has managed to discover for me. I think (as told by the kids) the original problem started when my daughter visited http://www.orange.com and clicked on the games option. A box appeared saying ;Win Antivirus Pro 2006 has detected the 2o7 virus' Daughter panicked and closed it down. She run ewido scan and adaware, adaware seems to have removed the virus but on bootup I get a message saying, 'SPYWAREGUARD BROWSER PROTECTION ALERT Warning a BHO has been added {39ED8754-2C86-464E-87D9-35F2511247E4} File Location...C:\windows\system32\ssttr.dll has been detected. if I click remove the message just reappears until you accept it. I think I may have just 1 small problem with deleting all my restore points. You remember that I have been having a problem with the taskbar in safemode, well, it has been suggested that I go back to an earlier restore point to see if this solves the safe mode taskbar problem.

any suggestions? or do you think its more prudent that I wipe the restore points anyway?

mmm, well going back to a previous restore point will bring back all the malware as well, so i definitely don't suggest that. as i said before, I don't think its a malware issue, probably just some setting in windows.
