Browsers being hijacked and popups galore

I am definitly having problems which appear to be getting worse. I use all 3 browsers: IE, Chrome & Firefox. Currently, when I open any of them I notice a couple of things happening. When I try to navigate on a website, sometimes I am redirected to a fake download page (but not every time). This tab may ask me to download a flash player or call a number because I am infected with a virus. I am noticing that when I run my mouse pointer over areas of the websites I intentionally visit, on the bottom left of the screen, flashes words such as "waiting for ib.abnxs" or something else (there are many different ad words showing up here.) Sometimes I actually do get through to the correct link, but mostly I am redirected to a place I don't want to be. Sometimes, when redirected the browser freezes up. I also notice many ads by cloudscout appearing on the websites I visit. I have seen the following during the various scanning processes: Adware.J.S.Mplug.A I have run all sorts of spyware removal
