OK what you need to do is extract the hosts.zip to somewhere convenient, the Desktop would be ideal, to do so...No, I haven't been able to install the hosts file. It looks as though I have to unzip it and do something. I am not sure what I need to do exactly.

That would be what is known as a false positive detection, you could add/exclude Adobe Reader from being detected by CA antivirus. Since I have no idea which version you have, below are the instructions for most recent versions currently still in use:-I have CA antivirus on my other computer and when I go to run adobe reader x10.1.1 it shows a suspicious software. Adobe recommends turning off antivirus. But for obvious reasons, I am hesitant.
