Notebook infected with System Tool and other malware

Do you know how to change boot sequence through bios?
Please let me know, otherwise I guide you to boot from the usb.

Hi,

There is couple of things you can do. Do try them.

First,
Attach the USB drive and restart your PC, and hit "Esc" button repeatly until it show boot menu. Choose to boot from the USB drive.

If it won't work, try this one :

1. Reboot.
2. Press F2 to enter Bios Setup Utility
3. Go to Boot Settings
4. Search something like Hard Drive Boot Order
5. Use the + or - key to move your USB drive to the top of the list
6. Press F10 to save and exit

Then follow the previous instructions and give me the file

So I don't put it in the notebook/laptop and I am supposed to put the USB in the PC?

I mean your "infected" notebook/laptop.

Ok so i repeatedly hit esc, and for a second i saw a screen where it says hit F2 for something. Anyways after hitting esc so many times I enter into a screen where it asks you to chose where you want to boot from. I chose usb flash drive.

Now its just a black screen with blinking cursor (or white underscore). The flash drive is blinking too so maybe something is being done. Should I see something by now?

If this means its not working could I just hold the power button to power down the notebook?

Let's wait for 5min if it respond to boot from that usb.
Otherwise, power down, and sequence the boot from usb through bios.

So instead of hitting esc, i tried hitting f2 at the choose os screen, nothing happens.

let me know your notebook model.

Some of them required another button to enter the bios.

Ok I "tricked" the notebook into showing that "press f2 to..." screen. I'm in it right now so I'll follow the instructions you have on page 3 of this thread.

The trick was removing the battery when the notebook is on
