Suspicious.Mystic Virus

So I finally got done with the big virus in my main computer but there's also been an issue with a laptop of mine. It all started when out of nowhere the computer restarted. When it got back to the desktop on the restart, Norton came up saying a Suspicious.Mystic virus was found and blocked. It restarted again, and then again, until I realized there was a cycle going on. So I started it up in safe mode, then ran a scan with Norton, where it apparently got rid of the file. Lost in all of this is the part where the explorer bar at the bottom is nowhere to be found, and I believe it was deleted. I think the virus is still around and wwould greatly appreciate any help. You should assume that everything you have on the C:\ drive will get wiped.

Well I guess that's it then.

Thanks a lot for the help, too bad it ended up like this. I'll buy the external drive and just go ahead and reformat, forget the data.
