HijackThis log. Please Help.

My computer has been getting infected like crazy for the past few days and I have no idea why it is happening. I have scanned my computer with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware several times the past few days and it seems like as soon as I finish cleaning up whatever the scan finds more infections pop up. I also had an alert from my McAfee Security Center say that my computer was infected with Artemis!8937389568FE and in the Security Center under "Trusted Programs" Generic!Artemis was listed. My computer is also making the sound you get whenever you get error messages (the Windows XP Critical Stop sound) at random times with no error windows or any type of alerts being shown.
