Got a virus. Win32:Malware-gen

Hello. I got a virus, it is called -> Win32:Malware-gen <- I use Avast! and it keeps telling me I have this malware, and suggests moving it to chest. It pops up, tells me to move it, and i do. Then it pops up again right afterwards and the file is in a different location, and i click move to chest. Then it stops for like 20-30 minutes, then it tells me again. and so on. I cant get rid of it. Here is a hijackthis log. Help me. Please.
