My Hijack log, need help

Hi, I'm running windows xp, my computer sometimes gets really slow, I usually get an error messages when I open internet explorer. When I start up my windowss, at the first time I always get an alert from my avast antivirus saying it has found a malware, when i remove it it comes back the next time I start up the windows again but with a different name for the malware. When I type on my keyboard I have to repeat typing some letters because they do not show up. It is becoming worse and worse everyday. Hopefully I will get a hand from you.
