surprise.exe file hit me

I hope I haven't put this in more than one place. I just posted but hit submit and nothing happened. Please forgive me. Here is my log. I was hit with the surprise.exe bug but don't know if it affected my computer. My outlook 2007 was totally disabled!! Please help.
