Hi Tim, Lets see if we can find that Folder.
To show all files and folders
• Click Start
• Open My Computer.
• Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
• Select the View Tab.
• Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
• Uncheck Hide file extensions for known file types
• Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
• Click Yes to confirm.
• Click OK.
Once that is done using Windows Explorer, lets see if we can locate the following folder.
To access Windows Explorer Right click the start button and select the explore option.
Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\Tim Creswell then click on the plus sign and see if Application Data is listed.
