Yes I have one more question;
Since you helped me remove the malware, someone has infiltrated my hotmail account. Is it possible or likely that this means there is still malware on my computer?
By the way, the reason it took me so long to respond is because the reply button here would not show up.

Hi
Personally I doubt if this is a malware related issue but anything is possible. A more likely scenario is someone else might have access to your computer and or guessed the password.
What exactly makes you think your Hotmail account is compromised?
OK if not done so I highly advice you change both the password for the account and add/change the answer for the secret question.
Note: When creating a new password use a series of both random upper/lower case letters and include some random alpha numerics also.
A example would be: THi85S13IsA7Eg <---Do not use this one judyplantz , merely a invented example for yourself.
This is a good test for the strength of any passwords created: Password Checker
Next:
For your peace of mind I suggest we run a online scan to fully determine if your system is still malware free OK.
BitDefender Online Scan:
Please perform an online scan using Internet Explorer at this website.
Under SCANNING OPTIONS, use the following Settings:
Once finished, click on "Click here to export the scan results"
Save the report to your desktop, then post those results in your next reply.
