Need help with Virtumonde, Virtumonde.C, Virtumonde.generic

I have a Dell 3100 running XP, which now has a bonus of 3 malwares! Have run AdAware, Spybot S&D which find malware, remove them, but they come back. Symptoms: System seizes on startup, crashes, won't allow access to some folders (on and off), Win32 error "system must shutdown", S&D TeaTimer intercepts up to 250 registry change attempts b4 I shut'er down, unending popups and browser hijack attempts when online, etc, etc. Would love to fix this without a reformat. guess I panicked. That makes sense.
I'll follow the previous directions and hopefully I won't have to repost.
