Help removing remains of virus

Hi, i again have managed to pick up a virus. I think it was Micro antivirus 2009 or something along those lines. Everything was disabled (my comp, run, documents, task manager, regedit) but i was able to install and run mbam and sdfix via the u3 software on my USB stick which i got from another pc. At the moment things are looking ok-ish but i know there are still going to be things on the system so i would be grateful if you amazing guys here could help me out again. I believe task manager is still disabled but everything else seems ok. I wasnt even able to use firefox. System restore isn't disabled now and i still have bold dates so i was wondering if a simple system restore would do the trick? If not i have posted my log below and await your help in removing what ever is left of this virus.
