My hijackthis report, let me show it to you - trojan problem

The past week, I've been dealing with some trojans. Late last week, I started hearing random nonsense sound clips. Found some various viruses/trojans, deleted them. Uninstalled Norton, installed Avast. Cleared out some misc. things. Ran SDfix as well. Looking around this forum, my problems might hae been from Troj/Sdbot-Li. At this point, I *hope* I might have everything taken care of, but I'd like confirmation and/or help. Would rather like to avoid reformatting. Comodo, when installing, has two options:
Firewall with Defense+
or
Firewall

Yes, you can choose either one of them.

Defense+ is HIPS and gives better leak protection. But it will also give a lot warnings to click.
