Problem with possible trojan

Hi, Sorry for my bad english, im from Sweden. I hope you can help me with this problem. I have a big problem with a possible trojan or something. Im having a lot of pop ups and a automatic virus-scanner starts at different times. My McAfee site advisor gave me a hint of the website "wixawin.com" as a possible malware site thats in the popups. I have scanned my computer with nod 32, windows defender, ad-arwere 2008 and kapsersky online scanner but the problem keeps coming back. It will slow down boot some.

If you are not happy with comodo, eg. sunbelt one should be more lightweight
