Swizzor.gen.b HELP!!!! Crash every time try to remove

well I spoke to soon after I put it in chest and continued my system crashed half way through: heres what I got from the details:

I cant or dont dare go any further. I really cant continue with the avant virus check and since this virus was renamed from the swizzer.gen.b virus I dont really know if I can delete what is in the virus chest. You will need to delete corresponding mail via Outlook Express

well it has spread and it says when I run parts at a time on Avast .That certain file are corrupted. I havent a clue now what to do. How do I get rid of it before it infects my whole system. It seems to be running away from me.

Where it has spread?

If you mean this folder it's natural as avast! uses it during scanning:

C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\_avast4_

You can empty it.

If it's still in
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{C3586A75-A0B3-47E6-8AD9-E1F1E1AC21BC}\Microsoft\Outlook Express\Hotmail - Inbox.dbx and you don't have any important mails there, you might consider deleting that file.
