Need some serious help! Have a virus!

I first found out about this virus when antivir sent me a message about the virus. I deleted the file but ran a kaspersky scan just in case. It found 1 virus from a song i downloaded on frostwire. Here is the HJT log i ran afterwards.I am running vista by the way. Thank you.
