HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS?????

ok we did everything you said except for downloading the windows updates, apperantly it constains service pack 2 and the estimating system we use here does not work with service pack 2. other than that all is good. i am now having a different problem with my home computer and AVG. should i just start a new thread on that problem?
