Can't access IE , Win7 pro SP1

1.-I used to be able to switch between Google and IE until today. I decided to make Google the default Browser. Now I don't see the IE icon or anyway to start it. 2.-I also have downloaded Win 10 but haven't installed it yet. I mostly use Google but do use IE once in a while. Also when I start the computer there is a message that flashes for about 2 seconds. I believe it states something is missing. Not sure if the Win 10 download has given me a problem. 3.- When I use Outlook for email, it opens with a preview page which I don't like but I'm not sure if we can get rid of it. FRST Scan and Addition files follow: Note The addition file I ran earlier when I was logged in as a limited user. I don't seem to get al addition file when I run it from the Fred (admin) account.
