Hi there After receiveing some help here last week(for what turned out to be just some minor left over adware)I am now having problems when using the Firefox browser and connecting to certain sites. I have had other people check on their computers and it has been fine and I have even contacted the company/website who also confirmed no problems so it is just on my comuter. When connecting to http://www.prettygreen.com on the top left hand corner is the small greyed out globe warning that the site is "not good" It gets worse when proceeding to check out Firefox tells me "this site's identity can't be verified. http://www.prettygreen.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided. (Error code: secerrorunknown_issuer)It says it is not encrypted and there may be a third party involved. As I say I have had others check this on their computer and they don't get this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled firefox but it didn't make a

It's consistently fine in Internet Explorer.It is only Firefox I'm having these problems with.I have lso scanned with Malwarebytes and Avast which found nothing.
It does sound as though for some reason I'm having problems using the site with Firefox.
It's just annoying that it's only me nd not being able to figure out why?
What I am seeing is that when logging into a secure site/checkout sometimes when clicking on the padlock I am seeing the blue square and other times the green square?(On the same website)
However if you're happy that there is nothing more sininster going on then you may as well close this thread so as not to waste any time on it.

No, it doesn't look like anything other than a software problems with Firefox to me.

If mozilla don't resolve the matter for you, it may be worthwhile opening a topic in one of the "general help" forums, someone there may have more experience of these kind of problems than I do.
