TSG - SysInfo utility
Please download and run SysInfo utility to your desktop.
Right Mouse click SysInfo.exe, select "Run As Administrator" to run it... if UAC prompts, please allow it.
Right click, select copy and then paste in your next post.

I built my computer from scratch, and by then, no, windows did not come pre-installed. I installed Windows 7, myself.

I am sorry to say, but your Windows 7 Home Premium licence is not valid/genuine.
This may mean the the operating system is a cracked/pirated OS and is by no means secure.
This also means it cannot be made clean, safe or secure for use for any reason.
