Please help -Possible Malware issue - about:blank

On my computer, there are two profiles. On one profile, in the last week or so when I run the virus protection program, I request that the computer shuts down, if no issue arise. Once I try to log on later, I realize that the the system didn't shut down, even though no issues were discovered. The reason that it does not shut down is that the computer gets hung up on trying to change the home page to "about:blank." Once I hit cancel, it will then close the pop-up and shuts down the computer. When I reboot, it may either go to my intended home page, or goes to "about:blank." My DDS/Attach files are as follows: .
