OTL removed the infected files we asked it to. I notice you have received a new infection since the first ESET scan.
We will run TFC to remove the infection from your temp folder and then remove the insecure programs.

It can be updated by the Java control panel.
Step 3 - Remove out of date Java
Please download JavaRa and unzip it to your desktop.

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temp\jar_cache5775369890014387305.tmpThe infection you received takes advantage of known vulnerabilities in older versions of Java. It is highly recommended that you ensure there are no vulnerable/insecure programs installed on the Computer. This includes Java, Adobe Reader, Flash as well as others and most importantly Windows Update. Once I am happy the computer is clean I will provide more information on keeping your machine up to date.
We will run TFC to remove the infection from your temp folder and then remove the insecure programs.
Step 1 - Temp File Cleaner
- Please download TFC and save it to your desktop.
- Save any unsaved work. TFC will close all open application windows.
- Double-click TFC.exe to run the program.
- If prompted, click Yes to reboot.
- NOTE: Save your work.TFC will automatically close any open programs, let it run uninterrupted. It shouldn't take longer than a couple of minutes, and may only take a few seconds. Only if needed will you be prompted to reboot.
Step 2 - Update vulnerable Programs
Adobe Reader
- You should Download and Install the newest version of Adobe Reader for reading pdf files.
- Older versions may have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system.
- Go Here to download and install Adobe Reader X (10.1.1).
Java
It can be updated by the Java control panel.
- click on Start > Control Panel > Java (looks like a coffee cup) > Update Tab > Update Now.
- An update should begin.
- Just follow the prompts.
Step 3 - Remove out of date Java
Please download JavaRa and unzip it to your desktop.
Note: Please close any instances of Internet Explorer before continuing!
- Right-click on JavaRa.exe and select Run as Administrator to start the program.
- From the drop-down menu, choose English or the appropriate language...and click on Select.
- JavaRa will open; click on Remove Older Versions to remove the older versions of Java installed on your computer.
- Click Yes when prompted. When JavaRa is done, a notice will appear that a logfile has been produced. Click OK.
- A logfile will pop up. Please save it to a convenient location.
- Copy and paste the contents of the JavaRa log, in your next reply.
