Evidently the files do not have permissions for read/write.
Sometimes that is a sign of something amiss, but it does not mean there is something wrong with those files themselves.
We can hunt those down and remove them if you wish, but I don't think they are dangerous. They appear to be language files for some kind of writer. OpenOffice?
I don't have OpenOffice, but I trust you that it should not be dangerous.
