Redirect Virus

I recently acquired the Redirect virus somehow. Whenever I click on a link from a search engine it takes me to a different web page entirely. They usually are just advertisements. I used Housecall and deleted to virus, but through research found that most of the time normal virus scans wont fix it. I eventually found this forum and would really appreciate the help. I already did Hijack this and will post the log below.
