Infected by popup?

Hey. Recently, there was a popup that appeared when i was browsing the web in IE. After doing some research, i found out that people have actually gotten malware from those sort of popups and now I am worried that i might be infected. Can someone take a look at my log? Thanks. I don't see any problems with your router.

I was just pointing out a possible source of spyware/infection if you have symptoms, and the PC itself is clean.
You can inquire of whomever does manage the router whether the Router password has been changed.
If it has, they should tell you what it is so you can write it down.
