Hello falcon10,
What programs are being blocked at start up? Are there any error messages issued? If so, please tell me exactly what they say.
Run OTL Right-click OTL.exe and select "Run as administrator" to start the program. Copy and Paste the following code into the textbox. Do not include the word Code Code: Select all
:Files
C:\Program Files\AIM6\addressBook.exe
C:\Users\stan\AppData\Local\Temp\MPSampleSubmit\opcnojyt.dll.xor
Then click the Run Fix button at the top. Click . OTL may ask to reboot the machine. Please do so if asked. The report should appear in Notepad after the reboot.Copy and Paste that report in your next reply.
