Another Google results browser hijack

My browser has been hijacked. Specifically, when I do a Google search, clicking on any result gets redirected to an adware site (penny stocks, malware 'removal', etc.). I tried a freeware tool (Browser Hijack Retaliator 4.5) without any sucess, and then upgraded to IE8 default installation, but the behavior stayed the same. Some other sites seem to also be redirected at times (Wikipedia, IMDB) even when not reached as Google search results, but I haven't done a careful survey. Most websites seem to be unaffected. Cached Google hits seem not to be affected. Here are my logs...
