Everything is good and seems to be running as usual. My only question is about the DNS Client Service that I disabled. What exactly did I do with that and will it change anything for me. Otherwise, everything is good. Thanks a lot!

The DNS client is not needed unless you are connected thru an employer's network and get your internet that way.
If you have your own Internet service, it's OK disabled.
The HOSTS file is very protective and useful, but can slow the machine down if the DNS client service is active.
