Slow PC - Internet Explorer hangs before loading homepage

After success from this site in dis-infecting my on PC i am now seeking help with my mother's! She recently installed email software on this PC (namely Incredimail and/or Jedimail) and almost immediately, either through coincidence or not, noticed a severe degradation in performance. Boot-up, opening programs etc seems to take forever and Internet explorer does not work at all, I can type URLs but the mouse pointer remains as an egg-timer and the screen remains blank- fortunately the PC has MSN Explorer loaded and using this i installed Firefox. I have tried Tweaknow RegCleaner, Cleanup and added SP3 for Windows XP Home and Upgraded to IE7 (but it still just hangs!) I have copied below HJT log and Uninstall List for your perusal. ok Askey127 thank you for the help. Although I can see the benefit of installing more RAM, IE did work ok until about 6 weeks ago. I will get the extra memory, and be in touch with one of the sites you have listed. As this PC is malware free I guess this thread can be closed. Again thank-you and everyone at MalWare Removal.
