My computer has been very slow for a while, and recently I started getting popups from Vista Antivirus Pro telling me that my computer has been infected. Vista Antivirus is keeping me from using the internet, and the only way I've found to temporarily stop it is to stop it in my task manager. This only works for a while before it opens up again, so I'd really appreciate some help as soon as possible.
