Browser redirecting on links

Hi log is below for the scan having strange behavior for a week or so. Use the opera browser and on links when searching via google, yahoo any site clicking on the link causes a redirect to what seems to be ad.yieldmanger mainly though there seems to be some other names in there as well. Taking the link and pasting it directly into the URL bar goes to the site no problem. Thanks for any help you can give me.
