Hi, A friend of mine has told me of problems she has been having when using the internet. I have got her to do a HiJack This log and got her to e-mail it to me. Could someone take a look and see if there are problems. I am guessing that there are and the next problem is how to do something about it. It won't be possible for the owner to engage in posting to the forum and going through the processes and steps that other posters do, it would be beyond their scope. I have volunteered to take the computer of them and try and get it sorted out if necessary.Would it be possible to tell from the log exactly what problems there are and how serious they are so I could advise.
