Windows Police Pro may have caused this

Hello- I am working on my neighbor's computer. Two days ago, they started having trouble with Windows Police Pro. I'm not sure that it caused all these problems, as I just started to try to help them. When you power the device on, you get anywhere between 9 and 24 popup boxes with "error" in the title bar, and just listing these types of files: c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe c:\windows\system32\shell32.dll control_rundll c:\windows\system32\appwiz.cpl I believe there is one error box for every program that's trying to load. You cannot access the registry or command prompt; and many programs won't load. They had Macaffee on the pc--but it seems to have been either uninstalled or rendered useless. Last night, we downloaded Spyware Doctor; and it seems to have gotten rid of the Police Pro; yet the PC is still very messed up. We cannot load or run many programs; and I'm surprised that internet is even functioning on it. Any ideas or evaluations you have from the attached log would be mos
