HELP -- PC Seems Infected

Good Day, My computer seems to acting slowly and strange folders appear in "My Documents" with strange characters as the folder names. Now, the folders seem to have disappeared. They seem to return after I delete them. Pls be patient with my slow responses during the week. It's hard to find time to do the scans because the pc is used all day for work. I have not forgotten about you/this. Thks.
