Help with malware - HJT Log

Hello, After doing every possible thing I know, I cannot remove every problem from this laptop. First, it will not let me run Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware or HijackThis without changing the file name. I cannot run Spybot S&D at all. Oftentimes, these programs freeze while scanning. Secondly, I get a blue screen while running AVG virus scan and anything else at the same time. Finally, if it helps at all, the system clock always encounters an error when I syncronize it with any of the internet time options, making me change the date and time manually. The anti-malware programs I have used were only able to get rid of the majority of the problems this computer had. Help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
