Strange Windows Behaviour (Conterfiet Messages [NOT TRUE!])

Ok. My other computer was just fixed thanks to Axephilic. 2 things made me want to check this one out. 1) Just checking to make sure it's ok. 2) I have been getting a strange message I need help with. I have a vista. And I wanted to make it look cooler. So I found this thing called Vista Visual Master. And well I changed a few stuff and now it does in fact look cooler. However there was a price. First off. At first the file was considered a trojen. I am not getting that anymore so IDK... not only that but I get a strange message. Something about me be a victim of software conterfieting. Or something like that. I tried to resolve online but that didn't work... The messages a pain but even worse I can't use Desktop properties or my control panel now. I need help please. Is there a way to fix that? (Although I would prefer to keep my cool stuff I don't mind if getting rid of it would fix it. But I don't even know how to get rid of it. VVM doesn't have a reset button thing....) EDIT: I got

BlackLight

Please download F-Secure Blacklight (fsbl.exe) from here
Save into C:\ with a name of fsbl.exe
Go to Start > Run
Copy and paste the contents of the below codebox into the run box
```
C:\fsbl.exe /expert
```
Click OK
This will launch BlackLight
Select I accept the agreement
Click Next
Click Scan
Wait for the scan to finish
Click on Next>
Click Exit
A logfile will have been created in the C:\ drive
It will be named fsbl-xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.log where xxxxxxxxxxxxxx is the date and time of the scan
Use notepad to open that log
Post the contents of that log as a reply to this topic.

Well it says it needs admin privileges.

I tried to use some admin flags but no luck.

-administrator
/administrator
-admin
/admin

meh just trying stuff like that to see if it would work but no luck.

Does that /secure flag matter that much? Or could I just run the file as admin normally?

Please right click on fsbl.exe and click "Run as Administrator" and then try the steps in my previous post.

lol dont think I'm stupid. I knew that but like I said. I wasn't sure if that "/expert" was important or not.
