rootkit.agent and desktop hijacker remedy (page 2)

Well, I've had this very burly virus for about a week or so and can't seem to remove it. I tried doing some research and discovered I had some version of Desktop Hijack and rootkit.agent/gen Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here's my Log file. I think this should fix one of those two problems, maybe even both.

Download this file and place it on your desktop.

Unzip batch_file_assoc.zip.
This will create a new file on your desktop with the name: batch_file_assoc
Doubleclick the batch_file_assoc.reg file in order to let it merge into the registry.

Let me know if it works or not.
