Malware strikes again!

Please help! I posted to this forum a few weeks ago and was lucky enough to get "Katana" to assist me. Over a two-week period he patiently helped me clean my computer of numerous malware files and I was very happy. Now the computer has started slowing again to a crawl and I'm at my wits end. I hope someone can help me find the problem before I dropkick this computer!
