Malware problems I think??

Hey folks, started to experience odd occurrences, no links on my homepage (yahoo) work, the search bar works but the resulting links although legit when clicked I get redirected to search sites. Also a svchost.exe file keeps maxin out my cpu whenever it feels like it.
