Hello - this is in connection with my previous topic, sorry but I will be unable to access it as I mentioned the trojan name. Would appreciate you answering this one and it is in regard to HiJackThis - do I download it and then what do I do? thanks Littlefrog

Hi - thanks, I'm not using Norton Internet Security, but Norton Anti-Virus and Norton Firewall, but I followed the instructions and stopped the intrusion detection for B...... R........ and it seems to have worked as I can now search for it and don't get stopped. Do you still require another HiJackThis Log?

I think it looks like we found the culprit. This issue has been around for several months and I'm surprised that OnSpeed don't let users know about in in their FAQs :dontknow:
