a while back i downloaded a program by the name of Avanced Registry Optimizer and every since then cookies have been showing in all of my scans i make on my computer. the cookies usually range in about 20-55. I tried unstailling the program but my computer tells me program not found, but everytime i load my computer up it is there. i've deleted it from my desktop so many times i cant even keep count. the place where i dowloaded the program came from aol.com in one of their news letters about computer viruses etc. Im not 100% postive that this program is the cause but i know for sure this didnt happen untill i downloaded the program to my computer. I hope this gives you insight on my promblem. Promblem: excessive Cokies Total amount in cookies: 20-55 Possible cause: Advanced registry Optimizer program . What happens when you attempt to uninstall Avanced Registry Optimizer in Safe Mode?

well while at school loading up my microsoft file it said file cant be viewed of some sort, i then procced to look at the details and it says "file is crroupt". this paper is extremely important and ive seeked help but the guy told me there is no way i can get my file back to normal. im wondering do u know anything or two.

There is no malware that would be causing your problem.May be software,windows problem.
